If the QR payment fails

Check the link lifetime, bank limit, confirmation step and balance. Do not create duplicate orders. Save the order UID and contact support. If the payment partner refuses the request, ask support rather than guessing the cause.

Rate and timing

The backend says manager orders hold the rate for 15 minutes. That is a rate-hold window, not a promise that settlement finishes in 15 minutes. The FAQ describes instant SBP crediting, but the actual time depends on checks, the bank and the payment partner.

A safe workflow matters more than a speed claim. Verify the domain and direction first, then check amount, currency and network. The FAQ describes SBP QR for individuals and a separate bank-transfer path for companies and sole traders. If a request falls outside the published range or the payment partner is unavailable, ask support instead of guessing. After payment, do not edit requisites or send a second transfer until the first status is confirmed.
