The rate is the currency ratio for a particular route. It may reflect fees and minimum amounts. Comparing it one-to-one with an exchange-market USDT price is not correct because an exchanger and a market use different liquidity, settlement and payment methods.
Reserve helps estimate available volume, but a larger reserve does not automatically make an offer better. Before ordering, check reviews, limits, verification and the final amount in the exchanger card. Omega Exchange is shown as a separate row without moving it up: differences from the best and average values are calculated from the cached data.
